BaVadi B Block

Located in Kalkan’s Lavanta region, tucked away between the trees in a peaceful and quiet area is our BaVadi project. Consisting of 6 detached villas, all of which have been designed and built by Baransel Group’s expert team of architects and engineers; our villas all feature sea views, as well as their own private pools and are set within landscaped gardens. BaVadi’s natural and serene location can truly be appreciated from each individual villa; where spectacular sunsets can also be watched.

Block B, consists of 5 en-suite bedrooms, one main living space and a large entertainment area all spread over three floors. The villa’s outdoor area has also been furnished with outdoor furniture, creating a relaxing and serene place to spend evenings entertaining guests or simply provides a great space for afternoons spending quality time with friends and family. The open plan kitchen living room is spacious and has been designed thoughtfully, making use of all available space to create an ideal place for hosting dinner parties, and the glass doors can be opened allowing the outdoors inside; creating an airy an natural atmosphere. The ground floor is also home to a twin bedroom that may also be used as an office or further sitting room.
The upper floor of BaVadi B Block consists of two double en-suite bedrooms, which both share access onto a terraced area. Spectacular sea-views can be enjoyed whilst relaxing in the outdoor Jacuzzi, or during the winter month’s homeowners can also enjoy this feature in the Master Bedroom.
The basement floor of this villa has truly been designed with luxury in mind and creates a useable place for not only the summer, but also the winter months. Spread over 270 metres squared space, this floor features a private at home spa area: including a Turkish Bath, Sauna and indoor heated pool, as well as a private cinema room and a further two en-suite bedrooms.
